Sandee Van Orshoven

 

Sandee Van Orshoven has a wide range of experience. Her standout skillset, however, is her determination to successfully complete any assigned task. 

She has a background in management, training, policy and systems development, marketing, public relations, community education, fiscal management, and contract development/administration. 

She was part of the team that developed and implemented San Diego County's Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program and created, negotiated, and put in place the county’s first unit cost contracts for Aging and Independence. 

After her successful career with the County of San Diego, Sandee focused her energies on consulting, grief/bereavement groups, fundraising, and mentoring participants of the Young Women's Leadership Conference conducted by the Jenna Druck Foundation.  She is a Partner in InterSource Group providing management support and financial administration 

She has lived in San Diego and in Vietnam and currently resides in La Jolla. She was married to Terry Van Orshoven until his death in 2016 and has a daughter who lives with her family in Mexico. Sandee has an Associate of Arts degree from the University of San Diego and Bachelor of Business and a Master’s in business administration from National University.
